You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- The product must be free from wear, damage, or customization (unless defective on arrival).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items such as in-ear audio devices cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective.
Customized or engraved products are also non-returnable unless faulty.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for free replacement or full refund. Please include photos or video evidence for faster processing.
Return Process
- Contact Us – Email our support team with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will send you the return shipping details.
- Pack & Ship – Securely package the item in its original box with all accessories.
- Inspection & Refund – Upon receipt and inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the 30-day window, subject to stock availability.
Warranty Coverage
All FFSdigital products come with a minimum 12-month warranty, and some items include up to 24 months of coverage. Please refer to the product listing for specific warranty details.
